Sonali

Sonali Lakhotia has over 8 years of rich advertising industry experience in client servicing and strategic marketing. Having worked with Bates India-Kolkata, Contract Advertising-Delhi and Chaos India-Gurgaon, she has garnered a vast repertoire of experience with handling a range of Clients. ITC, Microsoft, Shell, American Express, Radico Khaitan, Airtel, Amul Innerwear, Shalimar paints, Lafarge are some of the more prominent clients where she has personally been instrumental in coordinating and strategising regional and national media campaigns.

She has also led the film production studio in creating video content for brands like Dabur, ITC, Purple Quarter, Ruchi Masalas.

Ikshit

He is a brand and business strategist with 20 years. His key areas of strength are finance and real estate. He has grown through the ranks in several top branding agencies (from a writer to a planner) and progressively brand and business consulting firms across India and Dubai.

He is an evangelist of purpose led organisations and has led several transformations in the area of culture and behaviour across India and Dubai. He is a strategic designer with an intuitive knowledge of consumer insights and an avid follower and implementor of tech automation that makes processes and deliveries more efficient and closer to target.

Bhavini

Bhavini is a Visual Arts graduate from the Faculty of Fine Arts, MS University, Baroda. She offers completely fresh approach to designing creatives, reflecting the colours of her escapades. Her adventurous side imbibes fearlessness in her work and an ease to explore new frontiers. Her free spirit and knack of conjuring up something new for each client have equipped her with the ability to independently handle entire projects.

Abhishek

My background in Computer Engineering, Business Administration in Marketing & HR and exposure in strategic design has taught me the strength of insights and logic in designing relevant interventions for the market. I am the left brain of Chaos and like breaking down problems, removing operational bottlenecks and handling technical issues.

Pratibha

A creative writer with strategic thinking at the core, Pratibha has an experience of over ten years
in advertising. After completing her Eco (Hons) degree, she decided to explore advertising.
Since then, she has worked on projects across various segments like banking, e-commerce,
F&B, consumer electronics, NGOs, real estate and more. Enthusiastic as an individual, she
enjoys challenges that help push her limits.

Poorvi

Poorvi has been a Client Servicing Executive for over 3 years, working with clients to understand their needs and fulfill them in a proactive manner. She builds relationships with her clients by resolving issues efficiently and winning their loyalty.

Mitesh

Mitesh completed his Master’s in IT from MAHE and specializes in web design and development. He had a passion and love for what he does with a focus on client satisfaction to build high-quality design solutions.

For the last 9 years, he has been working with Chaos to turn ideas into designs. His unique skills and experience in HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap and WordPress have helped in building various Websites, Micro-Sites, Landing pages, Emailers & Newsletters for various clients.

Lins

A Senior Graphic Designer, Lins has an experience of over 12 years in the advertising industry and leads the studio team. An arts and design professional who graduated from Arena Animation, Lins is skilled in Graphics and Adobe Creative Suite. His curiosity and knack for learning new things ensure that he keeps adding new capabilities to his skillset.

Shibin

Shibin has 7.5 Years of experience in the graphic and web field after he completes a diploma course in graphic & web designing and graduated with BBA, in which he mastered Graphics and video editing and website design, and his responsibility for the management and implementation of daily artwork jobs
He would describe himself as nurturing, patient, mature, and responsible. Always eager to learn new technology and be a good team player

Rajneesh

Rajaneesh has 10 years of experience of which 2 have worked at the printing press. He has done his B.COM from the University of Kerala. He continues to produce and learn. He would describe himself as nurturing, patient, mature and responsible. He appreciated working with customers and running and growing his accounts. He always tries to have a regular schedule and contribute to a team

After completing his B.A. degree and a 3-year Graphic Design diploma course, Jomon joined Chaos where he completed 7 years of his career. He is hardworking and dedicated…and forever ready to lend a helping hand.
